CALL OUT FOR VOLUNTEERS !! ....
As you know OBMCC is hosting the final rounds of the AORC C'ship at Nowra on 14-15th Sept, less than 3 weeks away.
The format will be Sprint/Sprint and the event will also be penultimate rounds of the NSW Enduro C'ship.
Enduro Sprint loop designs will feature a lot of new material, and progress is well underway.
Where we need your help is in the following roles:
- Arrowing - weekend before
- Bunting - weekend and week before
- Sweeps - race day
- Starters - race day
- Back-up Timers - race day
- Pit Layout and Parking - week before
- Bunting Pull Down - week after
We plan a major working-bee on the weekend prior being the 7-8th Sept, and would appreciate any help with arrowing and bunting. We'd also like our sweeps to visit if they can and familiarise themselves with the 3 loops and safety road access across the property.
We'd like to pull together a list of names - please give Rod a call on 0418 644 677 and let us know where and when you can help!
Thank You! OBMCC
