Hi all,
 
Just a quick note to say that I spoke to Ruth, Mitch's wife,  tonight and he has a compression frature at T12 in his back.
 
He is still in Lithgow Hospital but has been fitted with a brace, so he will hopefully be home tomorrow to rest and recoup.
 
Ruth is really positive and Mitch will be OK.  She asked me to pass this message on.
